These terms and conditions will apply to new and old customers of Skymedia Web Design. If you don't understand any terms or conditions please contact Skymedia as soon as possible.
Spam Policies
Skymedia general email accounts and email newsletters must not be used for the purposes of Spam. Email newletters recipients must be given notice or have given write for you to send them electronic newsletters.
Web Hosting
All hosting services comes with 300MB diskspace and 3G bandwidth. If this is exceed during the month, additional fee will apply.
Domain Name Reseller
Skymedia is a reseller for Planet Domain.
Payment Terms
All invoices are emailed and must be paid within 7 days. Late payment fee will apply if payment is not received by 10 days. If cannot make a payment on time, you must let Skymedia know. For greater than 7 days contact Skymedia.
Ownership

CMS (Content Management System) - it will remain the properity of Skymedia.

Domain name - remains the property of Skymedia.

Images - the images on the website is the properity of the Third Party.

Text - the text on the website is the property of the Third Party.
Guarantee Uptime
There is a 99% uptime guarantee on all websites per month. Schedule downtime will be notificated via email.
